This wine is a very light straw color. The nose has notes of apple, melon and a hint of apricot. The palate has hints of honeysuckle and orange blossoms. This white wine is light on the palate and has the right amount of acidity on the finish, that makes it pair well with fresh goat cheese and seafood.
